About Us
The brand name Airtowel® was established in 1980 originally beginning in Melbourne, Australia. Manufacturing moved to New Zealand after a change of ownership continuing to make reliable, quality hand dryers.
In 1995, Airtowel® Hygiene Systems was established in Brisbane, Queensland as the warehouse and sales office for Australia, the larger market sector.
In 2002, an Australian owned family business took over Airtowel®, diversifying the business which has expanded to incorporate products for the disabled, assisting those who require security and safety in their daily lives. Also value for money washroom equipment and products that assist the health industry, who form a wide segment of our clients.
Hygiene is an important part of our lives. At Airtowel®, we believe we bring important products to the market, products that assist in the good health of Australians. We provide sterile cabinets, ozone and bacteria units and a large range of insect trapping and zapping units that are all manufactured in Australia and used world wide, standing behind our Australian manufacturers.
Our disabled product range includes shower seats, shower fittings, disabled grab rails, modular grab rails, WC back rests and Braille signage to assist those in need to feel confident, stable and happy in their use. We are also able to provide made to order grab rails for which we require specified drawings and measurements, so please give us a call to discuss your needs.
Airtowel® supplies to major fast food chains, hospitality, aged care facilities, hospitals, nursing homes, schools, kindergartens, day care centres, government departments, high rise development, trades people, and the general public.
